Classes ended for the trimester and we are on our trimester break, except that the clinic is still open so I do have that to keep me busy the few days I'm here in KC. Last weekend, I was in LA for the school's Farewell (closing down) party. It was a great time.
That is Scott, Eric, me and Dr. Talai. Josh, this is just for you since I know you will complain that I didn't put a picture of you and me up.
I also got to go to a birthday party for my friend Sara which was on Friday night. That was a good time, but their dog got sick and Tayler spent the night at the emergency vet's office.
Sunday, we ran 15 miles. By the way the Sunday before, we ran 14. I haven't posted since then, oops! It was a pretty good run. I am in love with my new running shorts which have short-like underwear in them instead of the traditional underwear. They are really comfortable and don't ride up my rear. Here is the sunburn that I got from that run. Oops again.
I was planning on running 17 miles this coming Sunday while I am back in Maryland with Laurel, but with the projected hurricane, I am considering doing it Friday morning instead.
This weekend is Emily's bachelorette party!!! Watch out Harrisburg!!! Can't wait to post photos from that. I almost revealed some secrets but I am not sure if Emily reads this or not.
