Sorry Colin. It's been too long.

This post is dedicated to Colin because he has been reminding me about my lack of posting. Sorry Colin. Now that school has started again, I'll try to do better.

A lot has happened since my last post. Not too much running but a lot of other things! I will try to summarize:

1. Flew to Washington State and then drove to Calgary via Kootenay and Banff National Parks. It was beautiful! I got caught in a snowstorm and got to walk to the end of a glacier.

2. Had a great visit at the office I'll be interning at in Calgary starting in January!

3. Drove back to Washington state and visited my grandparents, cousins, aunt and uncle, saw my first Barn Dance, went to the Ferry County Fair, saw a really ugly turkey, got to pet a chicken, had a nice little hike around a lake with Aunt Patty, Katy, and Jenna.

4. Dan and I had an evening to ourselves and he took me hunting and I got to shoot a gun for the first time. That was cool!

5. Mikey and I had part of a day to ourself and we went boating and hung out at the lake cabin. I love my cousins.

6. Also had a great 6 mile and 13 mile run!
7. Haven't run since then. Oops.

8. Got Kansas license plates. I'm almost official. I need to get my drivers license now.

9. My car hit 100,000 miles. Yeah little car!! I clapped for it when the numbers changed over.

10. EMILY GOT MARRIED!!!  She was a beautiful bride and had such a beautiful wedding.

Time to get back on the running (and blogging) wagon. It starts tonight with 4 fast miles.

Also, my friend Laurel is also running the Marine Corps marathon and is trying to raise money for a non-profit organization that help kids and homeless people start to run in an effort to get their lives on track. Here's her blog!
